28 days cooling off period

We will grant you 28 days to judge if your purchase is satisfactory. Within this period you can return the product. You can take a close look at the product just like you would do in a shop and test if it lives up to your expectations. If you have your doubts whether you can still change your product then please contact us via info@diytooth.com

If you are not all satisfied with the product then please return it to us in the original packing and unused. You can read below how to handle. We will refund your money including the original delivery costs within 28 days. You only have to pay yourself for the return shipment.

How to return

We try to make this as easy as possible. When you want to return the item, follow the following steps:

• Put the products back in the package, with any possible user manuals.
• Close the package again with tape.
• Write the order number on the back of the package. This is how we identify your return.
• Ship the package back to the return address below.
• Mail us at info@diytooth.com and tell us you have sent the order back. Please insert the order number in the email.
• When we receive the returned order in good condition, we will refund your money within 14 days.
